At GLOBALTEQ, we follow a structured and agile support methodology to ensure successful project execution. Our methodology encompasses the following key steps:

  • Preliminary Meeting:
    • Engage in a contact and information sharing session.
    • Discuss the project scope, schedule, and service delivery procedures.
    • Conduct a Q&A session to address any queries or concerns.
  • Analyze Client Architecture:
    • Gather detailed information about your environment.
    • Analyze the collected data with our team of experts.
    • Allocate matching resources based on your specific requirements.
    • Document and share our findings with you.
  • Service Assessment and Contracting:
    • Recommend suitable service options based on our analysis.
    • Discuss the scope of each service option in detail.
    • Agree upon the terms and conditions outlined in the contract.
  • Start Supporting:
    • Commence support services as agreed upon.
    • Perform tasks and deliverables as outlined in the contract.
  • Review Periodically:
    • Conduct internal reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of our support work.
    • Schedule regular review meetings with you to discuss any new findings or requirements.

Contracting Options:

We offer two contracting options to cater to your specific needs:

  • Full Services:
    • 100% of your IT needs are fulfilled by our expert professional team(s).
    • We assume complete responsibilities of functionality, security, performance, availability, and improvement to your environments.
    • Assign Primary and Secondary senior professionals to provide end-to-end high impact services.
    • Support new full cycle development and deployment as per application needs.
    • Perform system and performance checkouts daily.
    • Eliminate the costs associated with in-house resource hiring.
  • Supplement Services:
    • Help you to free internal resources for more transformative initiatives.
    • Provide high level professional support when you need it most.
    • Assign resources from pool of experts with at least one primary senior professional available at all times.
    • Provide proactive approaches to keep the system run at peak performance.
    • Provide resources when your in-house resource is on vacation or in training.

Provided minimum hour* requirements is fulfilled, you will get discounted block of hours if further services are required.
Provided minimum hour* requirement is not fulfilled, contract will be Non-Proactive support and without an SLA timeframe response for problematic issues.
Nevertheless, dedicated team of professional(s) will still be assigned to your project regardless of the contracting option chosen.

Minimum hour*- these hours will be defined in the final contract agreed between GLOBALTEQ CONSULTING INC. and the Client.
